👨‍🎓 The management of our player portfolio will contain providing resources needed for development and growth of our players. Funding their residences, sponsoring their training facilities, assisting them with contract negotiations, finding the right clubs, sponsors, nutrition plans, coaching and physical guidance.

📺 The big glamour and big money in professional soccer is what most people see when they watch professional footballers. Nothing could be further from the truth, the majority earn less than 1000 USD only 2% earn 720 000 USD or more per month.

⛓️ Rabona wants to focus on players with the talent and capabilities to make it to the 2% but do not have the connections or resources to get here. We are looking for players who have the right resume/youth academy’s or clubs to show they are capable of performing at the highest level. We have built a network of the right people and setting the right environment for the players to flourish and eventually make it at the top level.
